Independent
WiFi Therapist does not sell internet plans and is not paid to push a particular provider.
WiFi Therapist is an independent home technology consulting service built to help people understand and improve the internet experience they already pay for.
WiFi Therapist began with my own internet frustration. I was paying for a good connection, but the experience inside the home did not always feel reliable. Devices dropped off. Coverage changed by room. Reboots seemed to fix things temporarily without explaining what was actually wrong.
I started learning how networks behave inside real homes—how layout, walls, device placement, wiring, settings, and everyday use can matter as much as the speed printed on the internet plan. What began as a practical need became a genuine interest in making home technology more understandable.
Your internet provider delivers a connection to the property. WiFi Therapist helps the home, devices, and people inside make the most of that connection.
I kept seeing the same gap elsewhere: people were often encouraged to buy a faster plan, another router, or another subscription before anyone had listened carefully to the actual problem. Some households have only one practical provider. The honest answer cannot always be “switch companies.” It has to begin with making the best use of what is available.
That is why WiFi Therapist is built around consultation rather than sales. The goal is to understand what is happening, explain why it is happening, and give the customer a clear treatment plan—whether the answer is a free setting change, better placement, guided remote help, an onsite visit, or a carefully chosen upgrade.
A healthcare-inspired approach
My professional background is in radiation oncology, where success depends not only on technical precision, but also on helping people understand complex information with clarity and confidence.
Why customers can trust the process
Trust is not a badge on the website. It is the way the service is designed.
WiFi Therapist does not sell internet plans and is not paid to push a particular provider.
The first goal is to improve what you already own before recommending an upgrade.
You should understand what is being changed and why—not discover it after the fact.
If your setup is already strong, the consultation can confirm that and identify only optional improvements.
Consultation, assessment, optimization, configuration, education, and practical planning.
Clear limits protect the customer from surprise scope, pressure, and unnecessary risk.
Why the name?
Most home internet problems are experienced as symptoms: frozen video, missed meetings, devices going offline, or a room where the connection never feels dependable.
Built for real properties
The same philosophy applies whether the goal is one reliable video call or a property designed to support years of changing technology.
